The art of expectation

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.

I went to see Monsters Inc with my Godson on Saturday, before the main feature, was a 5 minute (approx) animated cartoon. Not a word was spoken, a small amount of "bird chirping", but that was it.

It was one of the funniest sketches I have seen in ages.

It reminded me of some of the old Benny Hill type sketches. After a while, you sort of got to know what to expect, and when the "punch line" is delivered, it's even funnier than expected.

Who says we need highly paid actors to make us laugh ??

Anyone else thought this sketch was funny ?
