Title says it all, really.

Would people object deeply to me exploiting my position and posting a for-sale in Classified for Leonard Cohen tickets?

I bought four for this Friday's event but two friends have dropped out.

:-(

No I think it is extremely bad of you - you've demonstrated very bad judgement, and compounded it by letting us all know.

I'm not talking about the ad, I'm talking about admitting to having tickets to see Leonard Cohen! That would be the longest evening out for me!

So what's your best price, then?

What're you selling them for, Bob?

I balked at the idea of seeing Leonard in the 02, having seen many concerts of his in the seventies and eighties in rather smaller venues, but to hear the man born with the gift of the Golden Voice again, maybe that's worth doing...

Mark,

I saw him last year at the Wembley Arena and was knocked out - it's amazing how fit he is, scampering around the stage and singing on bended knee (yoga's the answer, apparently).

And I like the sound of his voice far more now than it was in years gone buy. Oh, and his support players and singers are fantastic, too.

As for the price, I'd like to get £114.30 for the pair.

The four seats that I bought are in Block 404, Upper Tier, Row: J Seats: 541 to 544.

The total paid was £228.60 (tickets were £50 each but on top of that was added £6.60 per ticket, plus £2.20 for postal delivery [tickets came 2nd class!!]).

Oh and this tiny link takes you to a considerable number of performances on YouTube from his last performance at the O2.

Cheers

I don't want the hassle of selling them on the night (tomorrow - June 21) so have cut the price to £40 each.

Hope you sell the tickets Bob, and a great shame you can't go.  My wife and daughter are going tonight.  Like you, they loved his previous 'tax accountant' (or whatever they were) shows.

Great show - but if I'd known I'd be paying £114.30 per person, I'd have bought tickets for better seats!

Sorry you didn't manage to sell them Bob.

If I had not been elsewhere I would have had them off you like a shot.

Hope you enjoyed the show.
