Hello folks,

Not done a video for a while until this past weekend and had to create a new account cause my old one has stopped working :(

Anyway did this video the other day when out for a run with my car club. Too much wind noise on the gopro's, any thoughts on dealing with that would be good, seems like no matter what I do in terms of foam, windjammers etc i can't get rid of the wind noise.

Hope you like it :)

Only in the West, Barry.  Still waiting on the wind blowing some over to the East.  BTW, John your video reminds me of the old saying about London buses smiley.

Liked it.

Hi John,

really enjoyed that, great subject but bet you had a scary moment taking your motor off the ferry. Did anyone get any scrapes from it ? I've raced round mount Stuart myself but on a pedal bike, not quite the same as your wee jaunt round it lol

Cheers, John

Hi John,

No scrapes but it was probably the longest load/unload for the crew :)

You really should at LEAST credit the musicians and the track name that has been used on Vimeo - even if it's owned by you.

I always was under the impression that there was a speed limited. I guess the TV police shows and your pleasure trips do not apply in Scotland?.
Your music and sound of Car, sorry sports car don't match. The balance is wrong. You need to find a professional recording and then edit in into the soundtrack.
Besides all that. How many people would pay you to have a ride in that beautiful "LADY in RED"?

There is a speed limit of course and at no point was it exceeded, cars can still be enjoyed perfectly legally you know. i'm also not following your statement of "Your music and sound of Car, sorry sports car don't match. The balance is wrong. You need to find a professional recording and then edit in into the soundtrack."

A professional recording of what? The engine sound? I think the actual engine recording sounded just great!
