anyone know where i can get any cobweb spray from

What do you want it to do? If it's just to make it visible for photography, just spray with water. Any old domestic squeeze spary will do, the sort of thing that glass cleaner/defroster comes in. Fill with water and spray. That's what the pros do.
If you want to preserve it's state for a long time, try hair spray, but do it gently and several times, or you'll blow it away.

Alan I think Nest Films means how do you create a cobweb from scratch, is this right Nest?
If it is I (and lots of pros) use a glue gun and a glue stick like what you buy from Homebase or hardware store, simply use as you normaly would, only pull the gun away from whatever you have glued very quickly and repeat.
