View Full Version : Clapperboard Effect in Premiere
I'm looking to make up a short film with some of the filming bloopers we've amassed. What I'd really like is that clapperboard effect that's used on programmes such as "It'll be Alright on the Night". Does anyone know how to get hold of this? If it can be changed to show "take 1", "take 2" etc then that would be an added bonus but for now, just a clapperboard snapping shut would be great.
Thanks all,
Corrie

Corrie, I don't know how experienced you are, but you could try making a big GIF animation with a bright blue background and key it out... Alternatively, buy a clapperboard and do your own, again against some sort of background. Just a thought, unless you can find a proper animation. If you really want to go for it, Adobe After Effects will allow you to do something like this (again, depending on how much experience you have, you may want to ask someone kindly to do this for you smile.gif )
