I am still using Vegas 7. I am trying to downconvert HDV (mt2. files) from FX1 to 3 different SD formats.
I need to downconvert to DV but there is no option in Vegas for this or can I just export to the camera. What setting are required? Quality is paramount.
I have already converted a number of times to DVD compliant mpg2 but find the colours come out to dark and there are appreciable colour shifts.
I also need to upload to Youtube but again I am unsure what is the best setting and what format shall I choose.
I looked at some of the forums but I feel quite confused at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
