My DVC built editing suite came with Cyberlink Power DVD Ultra software to view Blu ray discs with.

When using it for the first time and got a message saying that I needed to down load an update.
My version is 7.3 but when I click on the hyperlink that comes up to download the free patch , nothing happens.

anyone else using the same software and having the same problem
