I have written three letters to your M.D.and had one phone call ( to the subscriptions department) and to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply. The correspondence relates to a subscription problem. Dont you think it is the right thing to do to reply to a letter.?

And Bob C wonders why i think they should all have e-mail address's. It wouldn't cost as much and one could always remind them.

Alan--
Might your subscription problem be the same as mine? I received my renewal notification AFTER my subscription had expired. Upon renewal, I waited for November's CV, but have yet to receive it. I contacted the subs department and was told there was a "backlog" of renewals. The woman who took my call suggested I buy Nov's edition from a newsagents, which I've done ... but boy, am I going to be stung if the Nov. issue drops through my letterbox in the near future. And I'm going to get extremely angry if I don't receive December's issue.
Donald.

You're in good company - the subs dept don't return my calls either!
:-(
I've printed out the three messages above and put copies on the desks of:
* The MD
* The Publisher
* The Deputy Publisher
