I saw, as did many others, that the November issue was on sale in shops before subscribers obtained their postal copies. I therefore assumed that my copy was merely late. However, yesterday ( Friday ) I returned home to find my subscription renewal form, and no magazine. Gosh-darn it, I have to do without my lovely CV! I can't even go and purchase November's CV in the shops, because the first issue of my renewed subscription is November's!!!
Next year, could you try to send the renewal BEFORE my subscription expires? The gnashing of teeth is starting to disturb my neighbours ...
