MSPro tutorial. Clarification of issue numbers please Bob.

Bob, I have downloaded the back-order reference files from the CV site but after checking through them it lists the MSPro tutorials of 5 issues.
This months CV magazine in the review of the electronic book by Richard Jones claims that it was an 11 part article.
So could you please help me by pointing me in the direction of the missing pages.

ps. It's not that I don't want the CD but I prefer to do business with a UK company rather than the whole world community when it come to Credit card details.

For the record, Richard tells me that the company handling sales is UK based, and only uses US$ because they are the lingua-franca of international business.

The MSP Tutorial ran all the way to issue No. 18 (April 99), and did consist of 11 parts, all in consecutive issues.
