no quicktime pro

I still haven't received the authorisation code to upgrade to quicktime pro from apple.
Any ideas what is happening on this front

I got my QT3pro upgrade from Apple's web site, just logged on, gave the details they wanted (including credit card number), and got the code about 40 seconds later by email. Brilliant http://www.safety-online-internet.com/host/computervideo/ubb/smile.gif
