I want to subscribe to Computer Video (not the least to beat the price rise!) but I want to get the free (and an extra) HD caddy as in the subs advert the magazine has carried for months. You print a Subscription Hotline number...well you must be the most subscribed mag in the country because the number is either engaged or an answerphone tells me you are closed (for lunch!!! Who in business closes for lunch anymore?). I know I can apply by post but it's pretty frsutrating that the number you print is not usable. Sort it! You have missed out on my subscription money for the past three months already( and I'm sure I'm not the only one).
Any tips on a good time to ring?

email me your details and I'll pass them into the system.

Just let me have the info that would be on the subs form, and that way there should be no hiccups (famous last words).

Oh, and I'm passing on your comments to our MD!

Can I do this as well Bob? I have been trying to get round to signing up for a subscription but if I have to post it, buy a stamp, get out to the postbox etc I'm afraid I'll never get round to it.

Is it ok sending my credit card details to you in an e-mail? I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to internet security - do you have an secure system?

If you are worried, send it split across two emails, separated by a few hours or a day.
