Having just received various e-mails etc from VideoForum, I make no apologies for putting this under the "HDV and HD" banner - it's striking how virtually ALL the seminar and product promotions have "HD" somewhere in the title. (Well, maybe not tripods and lights, but hey....!)
Of particular interest to me is that Panasonic are due to show their new P2 HD 2/3" camera(s?), and Grass Valley their Infinity, and my understanding is that both are due to launch soon. There has been a deafening public silence from Grass Valley since IBC (and Panasonic didn't even show there), with rumours in the meantime. Maybe we'll all find out whether Grass Valley have pulled off a coup or gone up a blind alley very soon?
