Parhelia APVe and Premiere Pro

Anyone with a Matrox Parhelia AVPe and using the standard Premiere Pro 2 set up?

I'm trying to find out if the WYSISWG plug-in allows a full resolution HD preview or is it only half? This is of prime importance to me...
