By frame in frame I am assuming that you mean Picture in Picture. This is 'easily'(ha ha) done in Premiere! There are several methods described in the manual but the easiest I have found is to use the clip's movement/size adjustment. Place the clip to be 'in the frame' on the superimpostion track. Then adjust the size and position for the begining and end to be the same using 'movement'. I have done this several times and even had up to six separate little clips zooming into the main clip ( a little bit more tricky with several S tracks and a long render time).
Sorry to be a pain. I've gone through the manual but can't find MOVEMENT. Would you kindly e-mail the relevant page numbers please. I'm sure it is very easy, but I simply can't find the reference points you made. Thanks. rmaytum@mistral.co.uk
