embeding quick time video

Ok I want to put several quick time files on a web site. I’ve seen some sites that seem to embed the quick time player with in the page so that the video plays on the page. Currently I have a link that goes straight to the quick time file which is on the sever. When the user clicks on it goes to a new page where the video play in the center of the screen.

How do I embed the quick time clip into a constructed web page?
