Setting of streaming video

I'm creating a video for streaming by using Adobe Premier. But i'm having problem in the video export setting. I found that the file size of the video is too large, and i been try to reduce it.

But as i the file size get reduced, the quality of the video become very low. How can i resolve this problem??


Can anybody tell me what setting is most suitable to use to exporting the movie in the same time not produce a video with a large file size ???


Oh yeah, the video file i exported are in Quick Time format.
