Mobile content delivery provider wanted USA/Asia

We need to find a Mobile Video 2G/2.5G/3G content delivery/service provider/reseller in the States & Japan.

A global agent would be good too but the primary markets are USA & Japan.

We thought we had this deal sealed once, even got to the contract stage, but then it all fell apart.

We're not interested in web distribution just Video for Mobiles.

Ref your posting; I have billing and delivery in the UK, which I'm not doing much with at the moment. I know you were looking further a field, but if you need something a bit more localised, be happy to discuss.
