Can anyone suggest a good hosting service for streamed media files (WMP) to be played at broadband rates?

I have used Fat Cow for the past 2 years and they have always been able to provide 500 kbps. If you are on broadband, a sample at 450 kbps is here: www.video2stream.com/navy.wmv (http://www.video2stream.com/navy.wmv)

This is the same as my current ISP I'm afraid, 5GB per month. I need more like 200GB per month.
