iMovie for disabled users

Does anyone have suggestions on the best ways to make iMovie 2 (on iBooks) more accessible for disabled users? I've started experimenting with Quickeys - assigning a keystroke which inserts crop markers along the whole length of the scrubber bar and another to select the left or right crop marker, then assigning speech commands to these and to the arrow keys. Any more suggestions or advice?

wow Tom what a challenge. How about Wacom artpads with a stylus instead of a mouse to access functions. Some of your users may find that putting a drawing slate on their laps and holding a stylus (pen like) may be a vast improvement over a mouse.
