Hi All

I had an an e-mail from "support" subject "end logging" which was flagged with attachment.

Now, I do not run my Outlook Express with the Preview Pane open/running. This e-amil made suspicious so before deleting it unread I looked at the source.

It appeared to come from a company Imira.com and part of the e-mail "wrapper" (I think I describe this right ) refered to ebs.ulead.com.

The attachment which as far as I could tell was one that would run upon opening the mail was called RunOnceEx Log.exe.

I believe this was a highly suspect e-mail so folks look out danger about.

It is now increasingly common for emails with viruses attached not to have really come from the sender that the email says it comes from.

Had a classic example today.

I had a virus emailed to my cix account, where the sender appeared to be my AOL account!

I do NOT currently have a PC which has AOL set up on it, and the only time I ever use my AOL account is by going on-line via another ISP and connecting to www.aol.com. (http://www.aol.com.)

The last time I used my AOL account this way was in late August.

So, for sure, this email did NOT come from my aol account.
