Free Premiere Plug-ins???

Does anyone know of any free Premiere plug-ins or transitions? Just a thought as there are some freeware plug ins for photoshop

Try www.pixelan.com they are not plug-ins but you get 12 free effects from spice rack
they are not disabled in any way or see my reply to a request for transitions for Media Studio Pro
